Contact forms
When visitors fill in the form on the site we collect the data shown, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. When submitted, your data is sent to info@thegoodrichranch.com so we may contact you directly through one of the methods you provided. Your data also may be stored in our bookkeeping software in the event you indicate your wish to purchase a puppy from our ranch.

WordPress is known for storage of cookies in the normal browsing of our web page. The contents of these cookies is not known to us, nor are we able to access this data, except through our analytic platform as described below.

Who we share your data with
Your collected data through the contact form is not shared with any outside party unless you follow through with a purchase from our ranch. Upon completed purchase of a puppy, we only share your name, email, phone number, and zip code with a single entity, PetLink during the microchip registration of your new pet. How long we retain your data
If you send us information in our contact form, the information and its metadata are only retained if you end up purchasing a puppy from us. This is so we can keep in touch with you in the case your puppy becomes lost, stolen, or returned in some other manner to us.
For users that register with PetLink, we also have visibility to the personal information you provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time using PetLink services.
What rights you have over your data
If you have left your personal information with us in the manners described above, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

We do not send your data anywhere through automated means.
